If you subscribed using an External Service such as Apple ID or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through that External Service.
For subscriptions purchased directly from Cherry Blossoms Dating, Inc., members may request a refund within three (3) business days of purchase. Refund requests submitted within this period will generally be honored. However, Cherry Blossoms Dating reserves the right to deny, reduce, or prorate a refund if a member has substantially utilized the paid services, including but not limited to substantial communication with other members, exchanging personal contact information, initiating off-platform communications, or otherwise receiving the primary benefits of the membership.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

- Use the Services for commercial advertising or business solicitation without written authorization.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or networks.
- Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, or similar technologies to collect information from the Services without written authorization.
- Publish another person's private information without permission.

Cherry Blossoms Dating reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, edit, remove, restrict, or refuse any content at its sole discretion.
5.2 MEMBER CONTENT
Content submitted by other members remains the responsibility of the member who submitted it.
Cherry Blossoms Dating does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, honesty, legality, or authenticity of content posted by members.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, scrape, or otherwise use member content except as necessary for your personal use of the Services.
5.3 COMPANY CONTENT
All content provided by Cherry Blossoms Dating, including text, graphics, logos, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, databases, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Cherry Blossoms Dating and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you regarding Company content.

8. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (AUTO BILLING)
Certain memberships may be offered with an optional automatic renewal feature ("Auto Billing").
Auto Billing is not enabled by default and is activated only when a member affirmatively selects the Auto Billing option during the purchase process.
If Auto Billing is selected, the applicable membership subscription will automatically renew at the then-current renewal rate unless canceled before the renewal date.
Members may disable Auto Billing at any time through their account settings or by contacting Customer Support.
Cancellation of Auto Billing prevents future renewal charges but does not affect access to membership benefits already paid for during the current subscription period.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another External Service must be managed through that External Service.
9. REFUNDS
California subscribers, and subscribers residing in any jurisdiction providing similar statutory cancellation rights, may cancel their subscription without penalty or obligation as required by applicable law.
If you subscribed using an External Service, including Apple ID or Google Play, refund requests must be directed to that External Service.

10. LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS
Lifetime Memberships are intended as a one-time purchase providing ongoing membership benefits for the life of the Cherry Blossoms Dating service.
Lifetime Membership purchases are generally non-refundable once access to membership benefits has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Cherry Blossoms Dating, a Lifetime Membership may be converted to a One-Year Membership with a partial refund based upon the difference between the applicable membership fees.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Cherry Blossoms Dating reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms, applicable law, community standards, member safety, or the legitimate interests of the Company.
Cherry Blossoms Dating reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms of Use.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Romance scams or financial solicitation.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or abusive conduct.
- Impersonation or identity misrepresentation.
- Unauthorized commercial activity.
- Creation of multiple accounts without authorization.
- Posting prohibited content.
- Attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Any conduct that may expose Cherry Blossoms Dating or its members to legal, financial, security, or reputational risk.
Termination of an account does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.

Cherry Blossoms Dating strongly discourages sending money, gifts, cryptocurrency, loans, investments, financial assistance, or other items of value to persons first met through the Services.
Requests for financial assistance should be treated with caution and may be reported to Cherry Blossoms Dating for review.
13. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS
Cherry Blossoms Dating does not routinely conduct criminal background checks, identity verification investigations, financial investigations, credit checks, or other screening procedures on all members.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, identity, intentions, criminal history, financial condition, honesty, or suitability of any member.
Members are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when interacting with others.
14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Cherry Blossoms Dating provides a platform through which members may communicate and form connections with other members.
Cherry Blossoms Dating does not guarantee:
- Introductions
- Communications
- Responses
- Matches
- Friendships
- Relationships
- Engagements
- Marriages
- Business opportunities
- Immigration opportunities
- Any other specific outcome
Member experiences vary and depend upon numerous factors beyond the Company's control.
The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of any particular result from use of the Services.
15. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHERRY BLOSSOMS DATING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
CHERRY BLOSSOMS DATING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
- THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES;
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY;
- MEMBER CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
- ANY SPECIFIC RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
16. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA POLICY
Cherry Blossoms Dating respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects members to do the same.
If you believe that copyrighted material has been used on the Services in a manner that constitutes infringement, please provide written notice containing:

- Identification of the allegedly infringing material.

Cherry Blossoms Dating does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, services, content, policies, or practices.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party involved.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ACCOUNTS;
- INTERRUPTIONS OR FAILURES OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHERRY BLOSSOMS DATING'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CHERRY BLOSSOMS DATING DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cherry Blossoms Dating, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

20A. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Cherry Blossoms Dating is operated from the United States of America.
Members accessing or using the Services from outside the United States are responsible for complying with any local laws applicable to their use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to limit any consumer rights that may not be waived under applicable law in a member's country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Marion County, Indiana, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
